You know that these funny videos of friends and family members are not something that was born when youtube was born. I remember back in the eighties there was a television show that our family watched on television every Sunday evening called "America's Funniest Home Videos." The majority of these videos were absolutely hilarious, that is the reason that I think they were the precursor to the funny videos that we are able to see on youtube today.

YouTube really does have a lot of entertaining videos. There is nothing more amusing them people making fools out of themselves. As long as you don't know them that is. Because you have to be seen with them out in public and people have become minor celebrities if a YouTube video becomes rather widely shared to say the very least. Then again, people upload the absurdity that they personally get into. And really if you can't make fun of yourselves, then really who can you make fun of? Often times, the good old college years have a lot of YouTube fodder for many I'm sure. It is like watching a wreck, it might seem rather alarming but you just cannot really turn yourself away.

i think that if they as permission to the people in the video it think its cool... it's like in photography you need to own the copy right so you can up load it in the net... same goes with videos you need to own the copy right of it... so it means that you will get the peoples permission if possible in written form... contract...

Maybe they find those actions cute? We all view things differently after all. I remember seeing some video where the setting is at a wedding and then the bride tripped and fell. I suppose those people who load it felt that it is funny but it could be very embarrassing if you are the one who fell. Luckily the faces of the bride and bridegroom as well as their guests were not too visible.

as long as people on the video accept what they do, i don't think that is worse thing.
