When someone asked me if I'd attended the Remembrance Ceremony, (for those who had passed over in the last year) at the church yesterday, I said,"No, I'm not into that kind of thing." It seems to me", I explained, "that those who are the most religious, are the most scared of death."" Why," I asked, "is this so, because they are the most assured of going to heaven, and heaven is a much better place than here?" I'm wondering why the ultra-religious aren't looking forward to 'their reward," instead of being so fearful of it? Could it all be just a sham, Maybe they wanna Lord it over everyone? Bragging Rights did you say?

I love the bit about how they will be meeting up with their loved ones who have gone before them. It's as if being in the presence of the Almighty won't be enough for them...nyuk nyuk.

There was never a moment, nor will there ever be, that you are not in the presence of the Almighty Creator! Now, imagine, sitting, Blessed, at the feet of the Lord, bathed in His Glory, and Light, your Eternal Sins Forgiven, but wishing, with all your heart, for the physical need of a cool drink of water, so you could go searching for a dark corner in which to relieve your Bladder!
