I have a fb, but I deactivated it, but I'm thinking of reactivating it again. when I look at some pages for businesses, it looks like myspace to me. Is it worth really getting back on there? I'd like to bc it'll be a lot easier for me to keep in contact with people all in one place.

Admittedly, facebook is a good utility to keep in touch with friends. Like, if you have lost the phone number of a friend and you rarely see each other, you have the possibility of chatting on facebook. The chat function is good too and seems to have replaced Windows Live Messenger for most people in my circle, which is kind of incredible. I'm wondering, for what reason did you deactivate your account to start with? I have thought about quitting facebook too, but haven't really done it. I don't want to lose the opportunity of chatting with friends.

I don't really know what your circumstances are but the only reason why I use Facebook is because it's a convenient way to stay in touch with friends. -It became my online photo album (which it will become of even more since FB just bought instagram for 1billion). -It has games and is a good boredom buster (very useful because it's summer and I always get bored) -It is also for business (connect with coworkers and keep up with business contacts) -It lets me track down my old friends (as in like my kindergarten classmates) -It's convenient because everyone's on there. :)
