there is a website in the internet and it has a Million following, this internet community is called vote for the worst. Their intention, vote for the worst singers in singing competition, to alienate its fanbase and have talented singers eliminated.
They had been around for almost 10 years. They are the reason Daugherty is voted off, so yeah aside from the the teenage girls, Idol's biggest problem is the internet club known as vote for the worst, they intentionally vote for bad singers for their own pleasure.

Any pretty girl/boy can make a singer career even if they sing like goats. It is not new : several singers in my country have made a career with playback, because they are incapable to sing really in a live show. The worst have already won, and the most talented singer will never make a career if he/she is ugly. A community calling to vote for the worst, sanctions only a reality.

American Idol is just a singing contest and it doesnt launch careers as good as before(3 of the last 4 winners failed), Their voting system has been messed up by the teengirls who votes for the cute guy,screwing all female contestants(it doesnt matter if they were cute or not) and contestants and male contestants who are not cute,in other words too manly)
Vote for the worst is basically an internet club that wants Idol gone, they think voting for terrible singers will destroy the show.

I did not knew this contest, but I was not far from the reality
. These sort of contests have no chance to launch anything else than a cute guy or girl : that is how this business works, and it has nothing to do with talent. Do you want a proof ? Only the musician who wrote a song and the lyricist are earning authors rights on a song. A singer is just an interchangeable item for fans. Destroying a show going against these basis should be declared of public utility : I can do nothing else than supporting this community

apparently cutegirls, pretty women, Plain Jane,Ugly women and anyone who have a "vajayjay of honor" cant win this contest ever since they have text votes, Little girls and teenage girls hates them. In the last for seasons all female contestants are butchered. basically these young ladies doesnt give a damn to female contestants, they only vote for the heartrob.
and you know whats worst, after the "cute guy" wins, the little girls who voted them wont buy their album.... since they lose all the money from voting.

haven't heard of this website but I think it is good to scrutinize and classify the real singers in the music industry. I really don't know much about singers, much less, singing but if they are going to be marketed, they should really sound decent and not just singing because they have a fan base a or they are really popular. They are many singers out there who had the talent but don't have the opportunity no matter how hard they try. On the other extreme side of the spectrum, they are the ones who are marketed as singers but really can't hold a tune. bets to know who really had the talent and those whop just got it handled to them on a platter.

Votefortheworst is basically and association of trolls who intentionally votes for the worst contestants of American Idol, They want to eliminate the good singers to start a public outcry.

true, indeed. Come to think of it, even the voting system of most singing contests today is flawed. Why? Because more than 70% of the time, winning will be based on popularity of the contestant and not by the talent that the individual is able to share to the people. Discrimination follows especially on contests involving international contestants.

Teengirls support the cutest male contestant and vote for the worst votes for the worst singer. While most of the audience just watch and complain if na good singer is voted off.
