what to do if someone wants to kill me

i am now studying in korea with scholarship, and i rent a room in a small building outside the campus, now someone wants to kill me and i don't know what to do! the thing started like this, i put my clothes beside my door after washing them for almost one year, this year, a man moved in another room at the same floor, he thought my place was better to put clothes, so he forced me to move my shelf into my small room, though the place is near my room. however, this is not the end of the story, when i was moving my shelf, i said unhappily:" why always bully people from the same country!" and he heart that. now he always makes loud noise in the night to keep me awake. but the most scaring part is this, i have found for three times that someone had come into my room when i was not at home, and i am so afraid that i am already been poisoned! i really don't want to die abroad, and i don't know how to avoid it, this man seems that if i was not dead, he won't be satisfied! by the way, i don't have much money to move, and i even don't know how to tell my professor if i want to run away from danger. what can i do...

you should report in that country about the situation.

thank you for your comment. i am thinking of telling the police, but i'm a litter afraid that the police won't help if there is no solid evidence, or i'm more afraid that if the man knows about it, i will get more terrible revenge.

tell your professor atleast there is someone knows about your situation, cause you're in a foreign country. and better call police too. you shouldn't wait cause the danger is just around you. Take care

thank you for your comment, i am thinking of telling my professor before i decide to go back home and stop my research here. but before that, i am not quite happy to disturb him about life things not research things...555 actually, maybe i really have to tell him if there is no one can really help me my korean classmates are kind, but when i told one of them my problem, i don't know whether it's because his english is not good enough or because he never meets such a problem, he seems doesn't quite understand what i said. more sadly, when i told this to my schoolmates who are from the same country as me, they just turn their faces back because of fear! maybe they just want to protect themselves, but i am really sad about it. and i think that's why some bad people can achieve their goal again and again and again.

Well if you really think you are in danger call the police. Call them anytime you come home and realize someone has broken in. Don't eat or drink anything that you haven't opened yourself. If the seal is broken, do not eat or drink it. Maybe buy a cheap video surveillance to watch for you when you are not home to see what is going on. Hopefully you are exaggerating a bit, but if you are not, don't write on here...go get help from a physical person!

thank you so much for your kind comment! it makes me feel better. but calling the police may be not too helpful, first, i cannot speak korean, but that man can; second, i don't think police will check whether there is any poison just because i am the only one who is sure; third, if the man knows about it, i am afraid of more terrible thing... a video surveillance...oh, i don't think i can afford it either, besides the house rent and everyday food, my scholarship doesn't left much...
