Does it require to verify alertpay account?

hello mylotters,
I have some question regarding alertpay. Do i require to verify my alert pay account to transfer to other alertpay account. I want to invest some money to neobux also. But my account is not verified. Can I invest there without verifying? Can I also withdraw my money to my bank or check? I just verified my email and phone number.

I have an AlertPay account, but I did hear that they are changing the name also. And one thing that annoys me is that they no longer payout to you bank account in the United States. So I will not be using them anymore. I had to request a check which I have not yet received.

Yes, thus the name I forgot. Well hopefully they will reinstitute bank transfers to the USA again. Until then, I will stick with PayPal. And I will only get involved in sites that accept PayPal. So I figure there are a few sites that I now have to get rid of.

in neobux you cannot invest if you are not a verified member,but you can recieve payments from them and you can send payment to any other alertpay account
