I still can't get over it. I know that I have really bad surveys from our customers, but that isn't my fault. Who the hell was the genius who thought online surveys can be relied upon? Besides, who even reads or responds to online surveys as soon as they get 'em? I mean, most surveys end up in junk mail. Hello!!! I am not a man, for cryin' out loud! My supervisor says it's my fault that I got a bad review when the survey verbatim evidently was pointing out a male representative! Geez!!! What it actually said then, (And I got several of these!) "He was very rude!!! I couldn't understand him because of his accent! You should fire this guy because he hung up on me!!!" Well, the surveys indisputable... just my rotten luck. And guess what. I was removed from the company without even being notified first. Says so in the rule book, too, that you have to sent a memorandum before you remove your subordinate, which, of course, my kindly supervisor did not do. Even my manager was surprised, but since the documents were already drawn up, they couldn't do anything about it. I was out of work and I had to go through the hell of finding another job!!! Good grief!!!!!

So horible indeed. I'm sorry to hear you have lost your job. It's really sad when you know you did your best but still you can't do anything about it once the management decides to terminate you. It is also like that in our company. They call out those people who they fire and then that person will just go out of the office without even finishing his/her work for the day. They don't inform us ahead if we are terminated which is really bad. Well, since it already happened, I do hope you find a job pretty soon and I hope that job is much better than your previous job. Good luck in looking for a new job.

That is horrible!
I work a different kind of job, but also know what is it like to be held responsible for your co-worker bad actions. Every time we get a low customer grade the whole store is chastised for it instead of finding the offending person.

I know. And they don't even bother checking your ratings and at times even humiliate you in front of your other colleagues. I just visited the building to process my separation pay and people were staring at me and whispering among themselves. It was mortifying. Once I get my last pay, I'm gonna wash my hands of them for good!!!
