It Can be known as a OBE(outer body experience) If you have ever seen insidious it is basically what happened there. If you havent then it basically where your spiritual self comes out of your body and walks around places in your sleep or when your meditating. Basically an out of body experience. Some people believe their aura or soul (many different descriptions) can be trained to leave the physical body and travel at will. Of course, no proof exists that it can happen.

and some might think that due to lack of oxygen you start to hallucinate , and that is it is not real !! yet , you never know the truth unless you try for yourself ,, at a younger age i tried so hard , but never actually reached it ,, maybe because i tried on my own ,, or without the right believe ,,i first heard about it from a sci fi series called psi factor ,, interesting subject though :)
