Sori fruit is including much vitamin A, B, C. Special vitamin C. Each day just to eat the 3-4 sori fruits is enough to provide vitamins to the body. Sori fruit is very good to the body in the summer. Eat more Sori to beautify the skin and good for digestion. Enjoy them everyday :) P/S: washing them carefully before enjoy! ^_^
