How do you learn new things?

There is so many things I would like to learn. But there is only so much time, and sometimes I'm just so exhausted that I just waste all my time to "entertainment" until I go to sleep. How do you study useful things and keep it fun and maintain your interest to it? Share your tips!

I think the most important thing is the interest and the goal for learning. You should find first what is your most interesting element in such a "entertainment", maybe you like beauty ,maybe you want to get the feeling of the love in a film, maybe you need the passion for fighting in a game. maybe ...etc Sometimes you can get these interest from some things which be worth to learn, for example you can learn Music Appreciation in which you can feel the beautiful things, you can feel the feeling of the love.(I always do such things). sometimes you need the passion for fighting in a game, actually you just need a definite goal for present. you should convert your interests or something what you want to learn to a definite goal, for example you can make a plan read a book only in a weekend, you can learn a computer language only in a Month. if you give your goals the definite time, you will feel the passion for learning Good luck to you!

I used to feel like you. I'd get home from a long day at work and be far too tired to exert myself, yet at the same time I wanted more from life. I think the most important thing is deciding that you want to make a change and accept your realisation that you want different experiences in life. I started by making a list of things I'd love to do - learn a language, make all of my family's christmas and birthday presents, create a scientific database for my hobby and to spend more time with my pets. Once I'd done this, I set aside 30 minutes each day for me to indulge in my interests and to get some of these 'wants' actioned. The reason I started with such a short period of time was because I really did feel as though I was too busy, but then I realised how much time I wasted on pointless things such as television sitcoms. After a week or so I started to put aside one hour a day for my enjoyment. I have found that I am much happier, and actually look forward to indulging in a bit of 'me' time, away from family life and house chores! I have also found that it has made me happier. Maintaining my interest is simple because I am doing things that I have always wanted to do. The way I see life is that you'll not look back on life and remember all those amazing nights sleep that you had, or how many fantastic soap opera episodes you spent hours and hours of watching...but you will remember the happier moments in life - this is what my hour of day provides.
