We finally found our elusive new home but.....

Hello guys this is related to what I've been expressing our situation living with my in-laws though we're not accommodated and not welcome with gusto but instead being told to find right away another home though we never really had an intention of living with them forever. Just a couple of days ago I found one, a nice place lying along the road, formerly a business office or it could be a store or whatever business i would like to have since the building is design for a business. I like it so much, that I could not sleep thinking how I could have it and the excitement of putting a business of our own if is would be really for us. Rental is $72 monthly, two months advance and two months deposit. For me that amount on that place is already cheap and really affordable but honestly right now we don't have that total amount being ask by the landlady. This is what I mean in what I posted a while ago, MYLOTAssociation. If this would been created and materialized before i guess this is one of my financial sources come. It may not be the whole amount but at least a little that could be added to some other sources...funny but really helpful not just to but for the others... Well, my problem now is where i could find that amount. I hope that house would really for us though I could not pay it these days because i have to find sources yet... How would you do it my friend if you are at my shoes on this problem? Thanks.. Mobhomeir here 071212 1551hrs

ask your inlaws, tell them they want you out badly can they help you get the place and you will pay them back, then ask your family as well, ask friends see if you can get a loan from the bank or somewhere else, ask the landlady if she would accept so much up front and then you will pay her the rest the following month explain your situation to her.

Yes rose that's what our idea would be. I talked with the land lady couple of hours ago talking about the least option she could give in favor to us. And yes, she lessen the rental and in addition they will be putting us in a well ventilated area. The house where we will be going to live has three bedrooms, two storey house. Our would be land lady said she will reduce the rental provided that we will be the one to be the caretaker of the house for their rental business for those three bedrooms of the house... God really good rose! There were lots of times on my experience that I would never forget when everything's going down on me, nowhere to run for help, sources dried up God extend His Holy Hand to help us...and this time another moment of my life again...Praise Be To God Almighty... Thanks for responding my dear friend.. Mobhomeir here 071512 1437hrs

If you really want that house for your family and if it is really intended for you, there are ways you can have it now. Try to borrow money from your friend for be able to pay the advance and deposits and return it when you have already the money to pay it. Like what you said, earning here in mylot help a little bit. Like me, My earnings will be used to pay the monthly bills for internet connection, somewhat helpful. I hope you can already got that house for your family and start a mini business there.

You're right my friend. If that house would be for us then no matter what happen that would be for us but it doesn't mean I won't work for that anymore. The more I would have to strive harder for that place my friend...thanks for responding.. Mobhomeir here 071212 2150hrs

That is a great attitude! You are right, even if that house is really for yours already but you did not work for it, it will not be yours anytime. Good day!

Like others have mentioned here, having you have to come up with 2 months in advance and 2 months deposit is asking a lot, and would be hard for almost anyone except for maybe someone like a Bill Gates. People who have asked if you know someone you could borrow the money from is a good idea as long as these are people you would not have to pay back right away. Or is there a bank or Financial institution out there who could help? Personally if you are a Praying person, I would pray about it, and ask God to open the door for you, and if things do not happen then it was not meant to be.

Yes my friend, God is really good. At the last moment of my needs He extend His hand on us. I talked an hour ago the land lady of the house we would be moving in and our conversation progressed she lessen the rental provided that she will be going to make us the in-charge / caretaker of the three bedrooms of the house we would be staying for their bedroom rentals business. Thanks for responding my friend... Mobhomeir here 071512 1446hrs

It's good that you found a place. Hopefully, you can get together the money to secure it soon. Here, we don't have to do two months advance and two months deposit. However, the rental prices in this particular region tend to run on the high side, and credit checks are often required.

Yes, we have different system in renting houses. I will prefer our way because we can do it without check as long as cash is available....thanks for responding my friend.... Mobhomeir here 071312 1952hrs

dear Martin, $72 a month is indeed very cheap not to mention the location. I hope you can find ways to raise the money. But 4 months is too much...2 months deposit and 2 months advance- wow. Here in the city, the usual transaction is just 3 months or 2 months. If you have something to pawn then that's the only remedy and suggestion from my side.

Yes bonita that's it, that's the mode of renting a house here even just a simple room. I hope I could find some other sources because I've been "dried" for a long period of time. I didn't how I survived those past moments, I could not recall anymore...only God knew how He made me survived but still the story continues up to now since I don't have much money to sustain to our new place. I need another miracle I hope I can have it again this time...Thanks again for responding.. Mobhomeir here 071212 2147hrs
