Personally this really is more than the truth here. I know many people who could never survive the type of hrs. my husband and I work to where many times we really hardly ever see each other, but it works for us. I would think the hardest part in a relationship would be the different hrs. like where I work, or someone who is a Secretary in a business of men and always coming home late because they were asked to stay over.

Combining marriage and a job is not as simple as many think. It takes a good amount of time management to satisfy both areas. The job may have a negative impact on marriage if we prioritize the job over the marriage. However, it takes two to make a marriage successful and that includes understanding the requirements of employment. For example, there are instances when you cannot attend a family event due to the demands of the job. If the partner refuses to understand the situation, it results into a disagreement. It can be quite difficult to sacrifice a job nowadays for the sake of a happy and peaceful marriage because of budget constraints so the best recourse is to manage the time wisely.

Hi, chexzy: The problem is in the personality of the individual himself, who works in any organization, as well as be responsible for a family of a wife and children.Must have a balance between work and family, no one dominates the other. Each individual must strive towards its responsibilities in work and family life, does not make them bonding, which may negatively affect someone on the other.

Sometimes our job takes away our time for our family...and vice versa. So its all about time management, but we should always prioritize our family because its for them that we work hard for. And if we loose our family because of no time cause of our jobs, then its going to be useless.
