Can I transfer money from Indian paypal account to other paypal account??

I heard RBI had restrictions for sending money from Indian paypal accounts to other paypal accounts but later then I came to know all the restrictions are lifted. I'm using moneybookers for making payments to my writers which includes lots of commission charges while sending money each time. So I need to know whether can I send money from indian paypal to other country's paypal account. If it is then will I have to fill out some procedures, need help from Indian mylotters!!!!!!! You didn't mention if your account is verified or not. If your account is verified you can still transact funds to different Paypal account across the globe. But if you are not verified you account may be freeze by the system. I experience when I was in Saudi Arabia, Paypal restrict the country but still I can transact funds to different Paypal users anywhere.

are you saying while you were in saudi you were able to receive payment in your paypal account? at the same time you were also able to transfer money from your paypal account to another paypal account in another country, again while in saudi?

I didn't tried withdrawing funds in Saudi although I open a bank account. I am afraid maybe Saudi authorities catch me. What I did while I was there, send funds to different members around the globe who are a members of my refback sites.

I think if you already verified your account there's no restriction on send money to others, cause I have no problem on sending money to others country
