Do you missing your old days in mylot?

Yeah I miss spending almost most of my freetime mylotting. Now I can't do that anymore becuase I got a lot of stuff to do and requirements to finish so I get to mylot only like a few times a day unlike before. The good ol' days, I miss them. :)

Those days will come back. When the seasons change and many of the Lotters who were part of those fun topics decide toreturn to the computers, then we can start them again. Sadly there are many new users who think that 'quality' means writing paragraphs with pewrfect English and being extremely polite. They don't seem to realise that discussions are like conversation and can be a lot of fun if they loosen up a bit. But we'll show them when the weather cools down a bit: hang in in there!

Hi Surekha! Yes, you are right that the good olden days are not going to come back. During my long tenure here I have seen many dear mylotters simply vanishing from the scene due to their off line commitments. Even if they wish, they just do not re-surface. We miss those interesting discussions, where there used to be funny and chain comments and it was a real pleasure participating in those discussions.

I agree we don't seem to keep in touch as much now a days! I guess people are busy or have other interests that keep them away from here.

The old days are memories now. We all have older memories here in MyLot as well in out personal lives as well. It is nice to look back on old discussions here and to read them. And it is also nice to look back at the memories we have in our own lives.

Well I am new to it and may feel the same when I get old used to it and I am just like you now sitting all day long typing with mylotters for mylotters. Its fun reading and typing over here.

I have been here for 7 years now. So i do miss the old days on here. I have meet some of the most amazing friends on mylot. It was the first website i found to make money with. It opened my eyes to so many possibilities. Those people are still in my life on facebook, but a lot of people don't come on here any more.

yes.I have even heard that in the very old days my lot payments were much higher.Now they pay peanuts?But it is not the money but the quality of the discussion that keep us going.I strongly think if there was more money in this the site will improve further.But for now we have to happy with whatever we get.

I do miss my old days in mylot. Back to then, I was almost at mylot the whole day if I did not have to work. Now as I am so busy, I am not as active, but I am trying to visit it as often as possible. Happy mylotting.

Sometimes I miss the early days of when I first joined the site. I miss them if nothing more than how active I was able to be on here. There was a time I would earn thirty to fifty cents a day on here. Nowadays though, it would be amazing to me to get over ten cents. Unfortunately now I hardly ever find topics I want (or can) participate in, so I can't be too active it seems anymore.

I remember how it was when I first came to mylot too! I am just back from a lengthy break as well. I was really too busy with other work and didn't feel like the time was justified here. But I really missed the social aspect as you described it so well! Maybe we should plan a mylot tea party! lol!

surekha: ACTIVE players in mylot -- that group continues to change month after month or week after week. It depends on the offside work others have, Now I am able to spend good time in mylot because i have no other offside work. Others are busy. Still old days will never come. 2011 May--when I started becoming active here--cannot come back. we were all 18 months younger. Now all of us are 18 months more older -- some picked up energy -- i am telling about my grandsons-- some becoming tired --i am telling about myself. that is life. life cycle will go on and on for ever,

yeah friend you are right. time is very precious in life if ones time gone it will never come back. so at last i want to say that always use time and enjoy life. dont waste a second because 60 second makes one minute and 100 minute make one hour and sooo onn..

I appreciate that people can read and respond ours articles carefully though we don't know about each others very well.It's a kind of communicating about heart and soul.I like this feeling!

Hi Surekha, indeed good old days once gone is hard to be replaced again. Because everyone of us are busy with our own daily life matters. Like me now, i am very busy with my offline matters, so only able to visit here when i am free. When i am too busy with my offline matters, i tend to go missing for a while. But, i am sure will visit here at least once a day, if possible. You seems not as active as before, too. Happy posting, friend....

Hello there. :-) Like you, I do miss Mylot, a lot! I used to be here eight a hours a day until we got relocated in the province where internet connection is just too slow and I don't have my own pc which prevented me from logging as often as I want to. :-( Mylot time was used to be fun for me. It helped me out resolving issues, personal ones. This is where I vent out or speak my mind loudly. I found true friends here who I still have their friendships even if I'm no longer active here. I'm just thankful that I have those wonderful moments with Mylot and its members. I do miss my friends here. I miss the serious talks, bantings and even some trolls here. :D I DO MISS MYLOT DAYS SO MUCH!!!!

There are some people that I developed a friendship with on mylot that aren't here any more and I do have to say that I really do miss those people. However, I can't say that I particularly miss the way that the time that I spent on mylot has changed. The reason that I feel that way is because of the fact that I have been able to make new friends that are newer to the site. It is just a give and take in this kind of situation.

Hello Surekha I never too much active here. My activities my lot is limited up to responding on two or three and posting 2 or 3 topics in a month. Indeed I have only 1 -2 hours to work online. Days which are gone never came back. We cannot reverse clock. Only sweet memories left for us.

Yes, I miss the old days. Those days where I am having conversations with the seniors when I was still a newbie (well I am still a newbie I think). I miss them so much. Hope they can read this.

sureka, i am also missing those days. Once upon a time i am very active here and spent most of my time with this site. I got 98/100 easily and have 10 in my blue star, but now i missed all those things as well as my old account. Hope i will get my reputation again. Don't worry, we can enjoy here after by spending more time with this site
