Hello Mylotters! Today I'm there to remind you about how important is to Value Your Friendship. Everyday, your friends makes you smile, helps you, gives you lots of important tips. I think, we should value that and enjoy every moment spent with friends, say them how much you love them and how much they are important. Treat them like yourself and always be honest. That's my opinion. What about you? How do you treat your friends for making you happy? Do you value them?

I value friendship very much. and even if we are all far apart, we make it a point to send a message and ask how each one of us is doing. We would be chatting over Skype and Facebook. That is how we connect to one another. If they come to Manila, we give time to be together even just for a few days.

Hello jenny, Thanks for sharing! I agree, if we are far apart, we always chat on Facebook and phone, and keep in touch.

Yep sure I value my friends. Everyone should because well there are there for you through thick and thin, you have fun, they support and all they ask in return is your friendship. I treat them well of course. We have fun. You will have some of the best times in your life with them.

I think that a lot of people take their friends for granted, and this is something that is a complete shame because of the fact that we only usually get the chance to make a certain number of out friends in our lifetime, and this means that if we take them for granted we might lose them. I have been through a lot of hard times over the course of the past few years, and my friends have been the ones who have been there for me when I have needed somebody to talk to. Because of this there is no way that I am ever going to take them for granted.

I agree with you that yes, we should value our friendships, because you never know when you are going to either need them or when you are going to lose them. I also do agree with you that you should always treat your friends the way that you would expect them to treat you and always be honest with you. I've had a lot of dishonest friends in my life and it hurt because I was always honest with my friends and always was there for them when they need me. The very few friends that I have now, I do value their friendships, and I still to this day treat them with respect and treat them in the way that I expect them to treat me. I am there for them when they need me and when they ask for my opinion, then I give it to them and I am there for them when they need me. This is how I think that all friendships should be like.

I've had a lot of dishonest "friends" whom i lost when it was hard for me and not for them, i felt really disappointed back then, but now it's ok. Happy mylotting!

But how many true and I mean TRUE friends do we have? My best friends know we can rely on each other. That's the best thing about friendship. Tho others are just friends. If men think (as I read in another post) you're gay when you tell them that you love them, then they're very short-sighted. I mean, true friends know what is meant. Besides, is there something wrong with being gay? I am and I feel great!

I value all of my true friends. This day in age there is always a ton of people who will smile and pretend to be your friend but will not really be there when you need them. True friends make themselves known in a time of need and I am very greatful for all they've done for me.

Are you saying "I love you" to your friends? Well, if a guy tells his friends those words some may think you may be gay... ANyways, some friends don't really those those words to each other. They find it awkward thing to do, but it's better felt than being said. That's the importance of it. Though, of course, there should be times like you have to tell it as well, just not always.Cause they might end up thinking you loved them more than being friends. It's true we have to value them and be thankful that they are always there in good times or bad. You can tell who are the real ones if you have shared a lot with them most of bad times.

To be honest I don't think I have much real friends. Not what I think how friends should be. My best friends are my children and they know how I appreciate and encourage them. I don't see friends who make me smile, but strangers can do that too. You don't need a friend for that. Same with giving a hand/gifts, etc. I value everbody who "gives" me something even if it's just a thought, something to keep my mind busy, a smile ...

For one, i do cherish my friends/friendship, we have shared things and conversations about lives, our families that i would not with anyone else. The main reason for that is because i trust my friend and we listen to each others opinion, e.t.c I can say that we have had some of the most wonderful times than i have ever had in my entire life, so much laughing and smiling
