The only way to be verified is by linking your credit/debit card to your Paypal account. I remember receiving my payout from an online job but my did not link a debit card, I was not able to withdraw my earnings. Just open an EON Account at any Union Bank. And then link it to your Paypal account. That is what I did. Now I am able to transfer my Paypal funds to my savings account. And just to add to it, you can make use of your EON Account to withdraw your Paypal funds. The only difference with the Eon Account from other savings bank is that you are not required to have a minimum balance. But with this, you do not earn any interest. However, if you want to earn interest, you must have atleast 10k pesos on your account. You just need to pay 350php as annual fee for the EON Account.

you can still using your PayPal, but there must be limit for sending the money to other PayPal if unverified.

I think you can still send and receive money in your Paypal account even if it is not verified yet. You just can't withdraw the money into your bank. Since I need to withdraw my online earning to my bank account, so I need to verify my account. At that time I used my credit card to verify it.

Mine is still not verified I am just saving in it until I get a master debit card . The bank I join give only a local card so I will join a new bank when I find the time are feel the money in my account is even worthy. You need a credit card are master card to verified your account and it must be a major card . If you are in the US you could simple used your bank account .

hi I created my account several years ago, for verification it needed credit card and for fund transfer it needed a my bank account number.. recently i asked paypal, if i can remove that credit card and add debit card; it said; yes that was allowed. one thing, a credit card can be attached to one paypal account only thanks for sharing

From what i know you can receive any payment from online earning even you still not verified. Just you cannot buying online and selling online in ebay because you need to verified it does not matter you as a seller or buyer. This is a safety precaution to prevent fraud. If you outside from USA you need to verify it with credit card and debit card. I think you should verified to withdraw to your local bank.

I have verified paypal for quite sometimes. I think it's not that hard to get one debit card to use as a verification purposes. You can get it from your bank and the bank will be happy to produce for you one cause they can earn yearly fees from it. After all, you cannot use it unless you fund it, so, bank will have no problem with that. Alternatively, you can get one online like Payoneer or if you join forex, some broker do offer debit card and you can use it for paypal verification. There are also people selling VCC. It's not a problem to use VCC for verification purposes, but most of the seller are scammer.

It is not necessary to have credit or debit card for you to verify Paypal account. Try to get it done quickly so you can withdraw the cash amount in your account. You need to have a bank account to have those transaction possible.

As far as I know you either need either a credit or a debit card for Paypal account to be verified.

In my country Paypal don't need credit card or Debit card for account verification they need PAN card.So, different countries have different polices...

To get your paypal account verified is you needed a credit card to do it. Don't worry they'll get your information confidential. You can use it for a certain amount but after than you can't use it anymore.
