Four of our contractors pledged lechon as their donation . Wow that was so many! Considering that we have an eat all you can Christmas party! So, I suggested that the four heads be reserved for the raffle draw for everyone. To which everyone gladly agree. We are aiming for 80 pieces of items for raffle draw so everybody will win something in the raffle. So , the 4 heads of lechon will be an addition. Hmm, I also like the lechon head, because it will be cooked as lechon paksiw.

Yes, everyone's looking forward to the party specially that we have 4 lechon to eat and the food is catered as eat all you can. Lechon is an expensive food indeed, so much so that it is always the star of a party. That's why when it's on the table, it's usually what is most taken.

I agree with you. It always attracts the attention of the most people attending the party. Our boss is a foreigner so we don't have any lechon in our Christmas Party. Enjoy your party!

It is great that You will have a sumptuous feast on Christmas party and the raffle draw surely add spicy to your party. However I don't know how you will use the four heads of lechon for the raffle draw.Do you cut the lechon into 80 parts with reward on each and one share for everyone? Wish a merry Christmas in advance!

No chang. The four lechon which is four roasted pigs have of course 4 heads. The heads will be chopped as a whole and they will form part of the raffle. For the roasted body, they will form part of the foods we will eat for the event.

Lechon - Lechon is a special food of the Filipinos . It is an expensive party food, so if you have a lechon for the party, it is the star of the buffet table as you can see from the picture.
Oh sorry, here's the picture. It didn't upload a while ago that's why.

Hello there, I really missed eating lechon. Though I like the head part since it can be cooked and be served again into another dish, I like much the crispy skin of it. Hmm, I can't wait to eat again that dish. yummy!

Well angel, you can always buy a half or a kilo of lechon at the foor court of malls. Do they have that in the malls of your province. Us here, we also have a "lechon" station. But, it's in place where you really have to go there just to buy it.

Yes, lechon is the most liked foods in Christmas parties. That's because we seldom have that since it's expensive. Not only the delicious foods, but also the raffle prizes, jeztrose!

Last year, i was with another affilliate, who didn't give bonus because they didn't profit. But my boss gave me from her own pocket. This time, she transferred me again to another affiliate but at least it's gaining. I really hope we will be given a bonus. BUt if not, i know my boss will again give me from her own.

Reading your discussion makes me crave and yes I have to totally agree with you. It’s a huge pile of roasted pork! LOL, but before hitting your plate you must consider eating a little of everything because we all know that despite the sumptuous looking and deliciously made Lechon, we should consider our health because Lechon’s are rich in fat we must eat a little of everything. But anyway, Have fun!

Yes, those contractors really did well with us, because they were given big projects by us. So as gratitude the pledged lechon. As of now, we already have at least 20. Way to go! Others have pledged also, but they didn't indicate what they will give.

Wow four lechon. That are so many and enjoy to eat. We used to have lechon during party but not this time around. We also aim to get raffles items equivalent to the numbers of employees so every one will win and take home item.

Actually, i felt like refusing the 4th lechon, because it seems plenty already. But the boys said it's okay , since we will have the 4 heads be part of the prizes to be raffled. We are 80 in all, so we really have to solicit many more. Hopefully, there will be cash donations so we could just buy some cheaper ones just to complete the 80. From the gifts, we will determine the grand prize, 2nd and third.

Wow.. Now I'm craving for it, I'm really excited for christmas because my aunt always want lechon that's why every christmas, lechon is part for the noche buena of the family. But if we had short in our budget usually we buy only the head, and we share it our neighbors, and if other's a leftover as you do we cooked "paksiw" to take few more days and not deteriorate easily. I'm glad you had it, have a full tammy christmas party! :D

Really you always have lechon for noche buena? Wow, your aunt must be rich for her to afford lechon. It's expensive di ba. But just like you, in my parents house, they only have the head as lechon. It's always that way, even when we were still kids. And if ever there are some more left, it would be lechon paksiw!

I can feel your excitement for the upcoming Christmas party in your office as you have been posting about it in the past few days. I am green with envy lols. Since I resigned from work, I haven't attended a company Christmas party, I miss those days. Raffles are the most exciting part during Christmas party next to exchange gifts and buffet. I got the major raffle price two years in a row in our company Christmas party. My coworkers used to tease me because I never go home without a raffle price whenever there was an event in our workplace especially during Christmas party.

Oh so you have noticed my excitement belle. Indeed, Christmas party is always something to look forward to for employees, every year. Not only will they eat delicious foods, enjoy the games , but also are anticipating for the raffle draw specially the major prizes. Here in our office, we will make it a point that everyone will be able to get something from the raffle draw, aside from the grocery baskets we will be taking home.

Actually, neelia, not just everyone can have lechon in any party. It's an expensive food, that would really eat up a budget for foods. That's why only those who have big budgets can have them. In fact, if not for those contractors, i wonder if we will have lechon. So, that's why everybody is so happy that there are 4 lechons. Thank you for wishing me good luck. I really hope i will win one big prize. Cellphone perhaps?
