just recently I opened my twitter account and my timeline were flood by the hash tag #RespectThePhilippinesBieber. to my curious I opened the hash tag link and there I read some of the tweets. I have learned that Justin Bieber posted a photo on his instagram featuring the Filipino boxing champ. Justin Bieber posted a few memes on Instagram on Dec. 10 that features Pacquiao’s flat-on-the-stomach photo apparently captured after Marquez knocked him out in the sixth round of their fourth fight. As expected, the photo page was swamped with thousands of comments, with some netizens lamenting that Bieber was being “rude” and “disrespectful” to Pacquiao. here are some of the tweets: "Justin Bieber, messing with the Filipinos will be one of your life's biggest regrets. Good luck to you" "NO to pacquiao-marquez 5. YES to Pacquiao-Bieber. Come on." "Respect us if you want a long and successful career! Remember most of your fans are filipinas" these are just a few tweets of millions of netizens angry on what Bieber had done. The photo is one of the memes posted by Justin Bieber on instagram, look...Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down

Did Bieber really do such a thing? Man, he really must be just a stupid kid. I feel sorry for Manny. Hey, I'd love to see Bieber doing this with the real Manny. See if he can even land a single punch on Manny with that pretty little hands of his. If this is true, I'd swear I'll use my aikido skills on Bieber and break all his joints.

Hi! I am not a fan of bieber. And my thoughts about his actions in posting those photos are also not favorable for beiber. It is a childish thing to do. We dont need to degrade other people especially during a dark hour of their lives. Instead, we need to emphatize and be understanding. Everyone has a tendency to lost track or lose in a battle. We go through downfalls too. NO one is exempted. :D

I am not also a fan of this arrogant Canadian singer. I don't like his songs simply I don't like him ever since he made it in to the mainstream. What he did making fun to Manny makes me hate this singer so much.

It certainly looks like Bieber is taking advantage of this. I think even before when he visited us here in the Philippines he was kind of not amiable with us and his body guards where very strict that there were some fans that got turned off with it. So I guess with this insult he made on Pacquiao would even make him more unpopular even more.

Thumbs up for me. How can JB learn how to respect others if no one will speak out of his actions? His intentions were bad and is unacceptable. I have read Mayweather Jr.'s comment after the fight and he was even sorry and had given Pacman advise and encouragement. Nobody's perfect and I don't know how JB will react if he was on Pacmans shoe's and vice versa. He should think well first before posting. It's not just the Filipinos that is affected by his actions but boxing fans as well.

I am not really updated with such things but I also find such action to be rude and disrespectful. On the other hand, we should also put into consideration that bieber is still just a kid who messes things around. Acting in an overrated manner will also make us immature about it. I think it would be better off for both parties to just ignore such.

I haven't known Bieber well as a celebrity but I learned from the news before when he had a concert here in the Philippines that he snubbed his fans waiting for him at the airport. I have also read on the net that Bieber is such a spoiled Brat. So he really is. He's not a good role model of the youth. I hope he can learn to show some courtesy for people no matter who they are.

I believe that everybody has a right to express how they feel, however, there should be a set of limitations in giving out your thoughts. What Bieber did was quite insulting most especially to Filipinos who has high respect to the persons that give honor to their country.

I don't like Justin Bieber even before he mocked Manny. I don't like his singing voice. Now I hate him. Atleast Floyd Mayweather wished Manny well and to recover from the loss. I heard Philippine congress wants to ban Bieber from entering the Philippines because he disrespected Manny.

What Justin Bieber did is indeed a thumbs down and an insult to the man, Manny Pacquiao himself, but also to the whole nation and Filipinos who are grieving for the lost of the Philippine icon. This stupid kid must be taught a lesson so he will know how to behave properly. All his filipina fans must condemn the bad behavior of their idol. Have a nice day. Ciao!
