Can Indians join in liberty reserve coin flip games? Is it legally allowed according to Indian law? Please clear my doubt? I have 0.15 in liberty reserve account. Any ideas to invest it online?

You mean Liberty head or teal game? Don't waste your money here. No problem for Indian. reason liberty reserve has not accept any money withdraw option like bank or credit card. So you can play but my suggestion is totally waste of money and time.
