I have a chart I use at my ptc sites. I use this chart to keep track of the dates I cash out and am paid at them. With me doing 20 plus sites, I like to stay organized. When I cash out- I write the site name and date plus the amount I requested., After Im paid by them, I write the amount and date. i do this so the next time I have an idea of how long it takes a site to pay me. Are you organized in your online earnings?

It is real good to be organized especially when you're earning online. I have an organization sheet as well. It helps to know how well I am doing and where I can improve. It also helps me to remember the sites where I am not spending so much time. Those sites don't add up so fast and I might forget about them. Great minds think a lot alike

I have about 6 sites that I work. That keeps me pretty busy. I want to add more, but it is kind of like I do not want to get overwhelmed or spread myself to thin. So, I tend to only add one at a time, and when I feel like I might be able to handle another site. I will look at the sites that friends have shared referrals with me for and consider joining another site. Some of these sites like myLot, Swagbucks, Ayuwage there is so much opportunity to earn from them that I feel sometimes it is just as worth it to spend more time working these sites rather than joining more sites.

Ariels, I think too the organization sheet or I like to call it a tracking sheet helps you to realize the sites that are your biggest earnings. So, I try to prioritize to do my higher earning sites first. Then, I will do some of the lower earning sites on the days that I have more time. It is all like a balancing act. If it is a day that I know I cannot squeeze in all my sites the tracking sheet helps me to quickly realize where I am best to spend most of my time and energy working. Right now, it is I need to spend more time here on myLot to reach the minimum. I am on track to reach it, but still my earnings here have been lower because I have been spending too much time on other sites that I work. Since I know that I have the goal to reach the $10 minimum before the end of December here so I can get paid on the 15th. MyLot has been my biggest priority over the past few days. Just as much as I look at the tracker to realize that I need to spend more time here on myLot it also gives me enough information so I can plan to ensure that I make the minimum. That helps to elleviate the pressure and stress of wondering whether or not I will make the minimum for cash out.

It is no doubt a very good idea to keep track of all the sites. But would you kindly name the sites you are working with?

Congratulations, I never do that sort of thing I just ask for a cashout and wait for it to come I never take the time to keep track of it, I just know the sites that pay automatically, the others I never know when they will pay.

maria, that is a good idea. I generally keep track of my earnings and I will notate to the side when I have cashed out. It helps me to estimate my earnings for the month. Even here on myLot I have it charted out based upon needing to make .33 a day and compare that charted daily goal to my actual earnings. I am slightly ahead of the daily goal, but not by much here for myLot. It is nice to have an estimate of how much I am earning on each site. It does tend help me to prioritize which sites to work since sometimes I cannot work every site everyday. I like your idea of putting when I receive the payment. I may add that feature to my online tracking worksheet that I have in Microsoft Excel. I am striving to try to become more organized. I am start to realize that by not being organized that you are not as productive and waste more time. Little by little I am striving to become more organized. It will be a goal of mine to continue to work on this in the New Year to come. Wishing you a Happy New Year!

I dont really post the cash, just when I cash out and am paid by them. That way I know how long they took to pay me the last time..

I have not gone that far yet. What I do is I keep a copy of the email notification I receive from the site when I get paid. Or I look in my PayPal account. But I like your way of being organized. I will start that as soon as I get some things in my personal life completed. Then I will have the head for organizing.

Wow! you are very organized, I do very little sites now so I dont record it, I can keep track of them. Before I would do this, and send myself an email with it, so I wouldnt loose the piece of paper I wrote it on.
