I have been thinking a lot about life here recently. Mostly about my life , though a little bit about others lives as well. I have been thinking about whether I am happy with my life or not. Then I started thinking about what the love of life is. I started thinking and thinking, then I while relaxing I came to the realization ( once again) that the love of life is loving your life no matter how good or how bad it is. As well the love of life is knowing that life can get better or worse and still loving life anyway. So I sit back and I take a look at my life, and over all I am happy with my life even though sometimes it is better and sometimes it is worse. Although I do enjoy life more and more everyday. As well I believe that the love of life is not disturbing someone else's life when they are happy with there life. As well I do believe that the love of life is also helping someone with there life when they need and ask for it.

For me the love of life must be balanced, must be purposeful so that if won't be mutated into a form of fatal obsession. Because many have what we can say as a "superbly high-level of love for life" that they believe the wrong notion of "living life to the fullest" and go on escapades that doesn't give life its true value. Love comes from a feeling of connection, and trust. I believe we can only truly love this gift of life, if we understand the purpose why we were given such a gift. What it can do to us and what we can do with it. It's knowing that things don't just happen out of random. Once we come to realize our purpose of life we get the true connection we have all along, and thus learn how to truly cherish it (gradually). We trust, we have faith, we love and thus, live. Love isn't aimless, that is why we must know our purpose of living. I guess that then leads us to the necessary question, who gave us this gift of life anyway? It has to lead to that, because who knows best why it has been given to us, that the one who gave it in the first place? That's what I have come to realize.... :D

The love of life can have many and various interpretations, depending on the individual. I can kind of disagree with your statement to love our life no matter good or bad. If we love our bad life, we won't have motivation to change it towards better one. I mean it takes a little hate to motivate yourself and do what's necessary to make a change. With the other points of view you stated I agree - we must not interfere with other people's lives and helping others is also a way to show your love for life. Loving your partners and children, your family and friends, paying attention to the smallest things we usually take for granted... All this and many more can be signs for love of life...
