Safe trusting sites where you buy your flight tickets?

I looked into edreams, I should've known better and never tried to buy tickets with them. They wrote me my card is denied and took 26euros off my card for insurance, it took calling back and forth and no replies to emails before I got refund and then a day later they took it again. So since this is my 1st time traveling anywhere, I ask you mylotters, which sites you trust and regularly buy from? We all know buying directly at airline's site isn't the cheapest and usually there's no insurance attached too. So anyone knows these? Ebookers, Tripsta, Airtickets24, Expedia? I hear from my locals expedia is good, but I'm not sure, I don't wanna be scammed for cash and end up without a ticket at the airport, so any advice would be very helful :) thank you guys

There are so many sites offering flights or complete holidays that it would be difficult to select a specific one, especially since the majority of people have not tried all of them. The addition of insurance or other extras is not uncommon and is probably tried by most sites, so it is simply something to be aware of. Usually a site will offer a price, which when accepted takes the user to the next page where extras are listed. Such items as insurance or luggage are often already checked, so you would need to take close attention and deselect anything that you do not wish to purchase. The price originally offered is normally with no extras in order to make the flight or holiday appear cheaper than it is. I have been using On The Beach to book holidays for several years now and am quite happy with the company, but that does not necessarily mean that the site would suit other people. You could try visiting a few sites and comparing them.

hey, thanks a lot for your reply. I know the process and i dont search to book holidays, just flight tickets and there are scammers too like u can read from my experience. I would need names of the sites you refer too. And yes price is cheaper without extras, but unlike my local airline they refund you if you gotta cancel. With airline i would fly that plan comes with around 250dollars higher price and thats just unfair, some of us arent rich.

I have successfully used Expedia. I always get travel insurance that covers airline failure if I plan to fly on a plane to my destination. I booked my trip around the world with Trail Finders. I booked my flight to New Zealand directly with Air New Zealand. It had some fantastic stop off destinations in the Pacific Ocean. I tend to compare flight costs on Sky Scanner. Then I consider how reliable the travel company I have to book with will be. This time I will be traveling by train so I booked with Euro Star and German Railways. Good luck.

Booking a fligh - Online booking websites
There are so many travel or booking site online recently but most site that we usually use are Expedia and cheapoair they have lot of good deals. The last time we book flight from cheapoair was $780 plus taxes round trip ticket going to Dubai and that was around November. It was pretty good deal and try to stay away from scammed site too they're a lot out there
