India ends day 2 totally in charge of the first test against Australia at Chennai. They ended the day with a massive score of 515-8 with Mahendra Singh Dhoni still unbeaten on 206. This gives India a huge lead of 135 with two wickets still in hand. I think now the Aussies are up against it and would require a fantastic fightback to save this match. What are your views on today's play? Cheers! Ram

Dhoni has silenced every one with his massive performance and a unbeaten 206. Dhoni is a very good batsman and he has left no doubt of that today. He has played out there and led his team from the front. Keep it going Mahi.

I would say that he has taken the first step in establishing the next generation of India's test cricket. I think he needs to build on this and take this team forward from here on. Cheers! Ram

Hmm.. I was sure he was on his way but recently I am a little about his team building capability. But he is too good a batsman.

You bet India are in command, their bowling has got a sting in Ashwin and others rallying around him, good to see batting living upto expectation with sachin, Virat &Dhoni coming into the picture..Dhoni was a surprise package, a quickfire 100 from him was topped by a double one, his first...a great performance from team India.

Ashwin was again the star picking off 5 second innings wicket. Jadeja and Bhajji picked up two each. But the last wicket stand has been very stubborn. Cheers! Ram

India had a terrific come back to the game. I find this is great come to the test game format from Dhoni, this is what I find something different. I hope he will keep going with his form. Eight wickets has fallen down but still Dhoni and his team mate Kumar is managing to keep going. I hope India will take a good lead and make Aussies to bat before the lunch. Let's hope the tactics and the tricks of the team India works fine. Go India GO

Yes, after a long long time, Dhoni has shown that he can play the longer version of the game as well. Cheers! Ram
