I usually try to cook something that could last for two to three meals. A lot of times, I end up eating it all. Today I made some fried rice with vegetables and tofu. It looked like, it is good for today and tonight's dinner. But I just kept eating until I got so full that i could not finish it. Now, I am just resting my stomach so I could eat the left over coz it would be too little to save it for the next meal. Gluttony!!!

If you have been eating that much that, the left over is plenty for the tonight's dinner, since you already ate a big part of it. How about cooking, divide the meals in 2-3 parts and freeze it or put it in the fridge before you start eating? I hope your body/intestines will be able to deal with this way of stuffing yourself in future as well. It sounds kind of unhealthy to me that you have to "rest" your stomach after eating (again) way too much.

I should do this. After cooking, I will divide it into 2 to 3 parts and keep it immediately so I don't get tempted to keep going for it.:)

That hasn't happened to me yet. Probably because I don't cook. And when I do, I don't like eating what I cooked. I don't have the appetite to eat what I prepared myself.

It also happens to me sometimes, but I try not to do it again. One time I was craving for some stir fried noodles, and here I am the only one who likes it. I cooked one serving of rice noodles, some veggies and chicken strips and soy sauce. It was good enough for 3 persons but I think I ate for lunch something that is like equal to that of what 2 persons could have eaten. I told myself that the rest will still be good for dinner. But when dinner time comes, I was still so full that I just put it in the fridge and had it for breakfast instead.

This does happen if you make a meal, for yourself to last 2 days you end up getting hungry late on that day, and you end up eating the rest of the meal, that you were trying to save for another day, some time this doesn't work, well like you want it to.

This happens to me all the time. Every time I make rice, noodles or pasta for lunch, It's hard for me to keep it for dinner as well. I finish it up by the time of evening snacks and always have to make dinner again.
