Who Is To Blame?

Do you ever watch the news and wonder if someone is to blame? Is a child completely responsible for murder? How do children get weapons so easily? Kids do things that are not always good examples of good behavior, but murder? Who is to blame for a murderer under the age of 16? Are some children just to be feared and out away? Family dysfunction is something I cannot rule out. Kids being egged on to fight by parents and social networks and pictures as evidence of crime is just outrageous. Is all this the result of people just going wild? Well, I got two words, get civilized.

This is a tricky subject to have an opinion on. Every situation have different circumstances and there are many factors. It is frustrating to hear about these things and feel helpless about it. But I don't want to be apathetic either.

I know how you feel. It is just so tragic. We want to understand, but we have to punish. We want to prevent this, but we can't always do so.

It's really hard to blame anyone, since depending on the details of how the crime occurred, it could be the parent's fault, people around the kid, the environment where the kid is exposed to, stuffs being shown in the media (tv, internet, etc.). It's really hard, since in some cases, some crimes are just committed accidentally by the child. Nevertheless, I think that no matter whose fault this is, we should never judge anyone, rather let's give them a chance to change, of course if ever they have been proven to be guilty of their crimes, they'll need to serve some jail time when they're at the right age, let's just hope and pray for them, that hopefully they'll be able to change for the good and live a new life in spite of their past. However, there are also cases where in some people can be proven to be the cause or might have contributed to the happening of the crime, for example if the parents failed to keep their licensed weapons out of reach of their children, I guess in that case it's clear that the parents will be liable for bad parenting perhaps?

The who, what, when, where, how is always asked, but it seems to be the mystery when the crime is solved.
