I usually go for tea whenever I am stressed out and blank in my thoughts. I feel relaxed when I just sit down calmly and have a cup of tea. Ice creams also help making me feel relaxed :) I didn't know MILK would also help..Good info :) Thank you!

I have been feeling pretty stressed out recently and it's only going to continue to get worse. Right now I am working two jobs and trying my best to save up as much money as possible to be able to move across country at the end of the summer. Sometimes I get so busy that I end up eating bad food for me or even worse I end up not eating anything at all. I really do enjoy all of the foods that you listed off and I have to try and find ways to be able to eat healthier. I can definitely tell a difference in the way I feel from when I eat healthy and when I eat junk and when I eat nothing at all. Every day now I am just trying to improve my diet a little more so that way I can continue to try and improve my health. I found out a while ago that if you are not healthy than it can be pretty hard to become happy. Thanks for the wonderful information and the great post. Have a good day friend.

Welcome to mylot. Thanks for sharing this, even though I'm already aware of this since I love reading health and nutrition articles online. Nevertheless, thank you for bringing this up, it helps to remind since sometimes even though we knew something already, we tend to forget. Anyway, I believe in a balanced-diet were in you can eat almost anything but in moderation and along with that, be sure to have regular exercise and sufficient rest/sleep.
