You would have to check in your area to see what is required of you to have access to such information. You would also need to be able to take credit cards, as usually the ticketing/travel agent places a hold on the seats (here it lasts 24 hours), then the agent collects the money from the client and confirms the seats by paying the airline for the seats. You would also need a corporate credit card, as when you pay for the seats they can debit your corporate card for the price of the seats. The line of credit that the corporate card has would be a big factor in determining how many tickets you can sell at any given time. You may also be able to debit a corporate bank account for the money, which would help.
