Hi Guys!! Recently I read articles about lemon peel and its health benefit.. Most of the articles, tell to freeze the whole lemon and grate it, and then use it on drinks or food. I tried it, but it tastes bitter.. To deal with the bitterness, I add some sugar. Do you guys consume lemon peel? What do you do about it? Please share your receipt.. Most importantly, how to process it so that it won't taste bitter.. Thank you guys!

I've seen some people here in India who eat lemon without peeling it off. Some people say that it's good for health. We challenge others to eat lemon without peeling but I never tried

Oh first time to hear about a lemon peel. What i knew is the lemon itself. That it is very rich in Vitamin C and it had many uses . Can be used in face , in stained clothes and a food preservative.
