Hi everyone.
Are you celebrating earth day today. What did you do today to help the planet ?

In youtube also earth day is being celebrated. There are 2 penguins maybe parent and child, are in youtube. By clicking on those penguins, you can get some earth day videos.

Yes we do but i know it have 60 second do to turn off the light and i thnk it is in day of earth day. Celebration.

Happy Earth Day! I agree that we should help and celebrate the planet on a daily basis and not just one day of the year!
The weather is getting nice here so I've begun working on my garden. I mostly grow vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, peas, beans, cabbages, spinach... and first year growing: broccoli, cauliflower, celery, asparagus, kale) but I also will be growing sunflowers (love them!) and a few herbs (basil, lemon balm, dill and catnip). I already have two blueberry bushes in my backyard and this spring will be adding blackberries and raspberries to my collection! And of course, I love trees! I have a peach tree in the back and a lemon tree inside and may be adding another peach tree this spring/summer. Lastly, I will also be growing pumpkins, and perhaps squash and/or cantaloupe this year. I hope the weather (and Earth!) is kind to me so my plants will all flourish :)

Hi,
You are doing such a good job by doing all these. Hope, in future more and more people will be like you and earth will last a long time.
Please, alongwith these try to save electricity whenever possible.

I wish more people were conscious about how their actions affect the planet. I use as little as electricity and water as I can (I also collect water during heavy rainstorms to use for my garden). I recycle EVERY item I can! I compost... I just really don't understand why people have become so selfish and unwilling to protect the planet from US and the obvious damage we are causing! It really does not take much time to recycle and yet SO few people do! It's just sad that we are the planet's worst enemy.

Earth Day!!!! it's a day we should all celebrate in a big way. It's our Mother Earth and every one should have deep respect and love towards it. Without the Earth, no life is possible, it has given us everything but, what are we giving in return? We are just ignoring it. Let's realize before it's too late and protect our Mother Earth.
