They have done this not only once but many times in the past, you know, changing schedules at the last minute. 
This really irks me because everything else on my table would be affected and would have to be changed. I am the one to lose face and I hate it. These people believe that they own the company and so they can do anything without the knowledge of the owner who resides in another far city, leaving the business to other people.

I hate being powerless and not being able to do something and just obey even though i know it's totally wrong. Sucks to be employed sometimes.

Sounds to me as they are selfish and totally inconsiderate, surely you would actually communicate to others that the changes affect to ask them, rather than going ahead with it and fingers up to any inconvenience it might cause.
