I used to worry a lot about my husband’s blood pressure. His BP was always 140/90 or just a little lower or higher than that. Hypertension is in the genes of my husband so I thought this could be the reason why he could not maintain a normal blood pressure even if he eats healthy diet, exercises regularly, takes maintenance medicine, and drinks all natural concoction to lower blood pressure. But thank God, finally I found the way to solve the problem. A tablespoonful of organic apple cider vinegar (with the mother) mixed in a glass of water with a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar (with the mother) taken twice a day normalized his blood pressure. I swear this has been very effective. Thank God.

We drink apple cider vinegar with our water everyday! It has taken care of my husband's heartburn - he literally never gets it anymore (he used to get heartburn every day!). There are apparently many more benefits, as you know - we will continue to drink it!

He has maintenance but even this could not bring his BP into normal level but ACV did it for him. Wachichao green tea? Hmmm, this is the first time I heard of this.

I learned about this a few years ago and I actually took it when my bp was all crazy, but I didn't know until later that it was useful for bp problems. I just took it because I wasn't feeling well and drinking water with a bit of acv often helps me to feel better.

Drinking apple cider vinegar is supposed to be good for many things. Some people add organic raw honey. The one brand of organic apple cider vinegar on shelves in the grocery is about $6 per quart. Other things that this is supposed to help are cholesterol, heart burn, diabetes and arthritis. The bacteria that cause the vinegar are supposed to be healthy for your digestion.

@GardenGerty, ACV is actually a thing of wonder, it can heal a lot of health issues. Thank you for saying it can also heal arthritis among others. I must tell them to my friends who have these issues.

Sorry to hear about your allergy with sour thing. ACV with the mother actually tastes so sour and actually very bad when taken as is so we have to add to a glass of water to neutralize the taste and adding raw honey does make it taste really good.

It is a very old recipe. I read in a letter from the 1820's a man telling that he was in good health because he was adding a tea spoon of cider vinegar in every glass of water he was drinking. I thought that it could be because water alone was not healthy in the 19th (it was untreated), but, reading your post, it looks like cider vinegar is a real medicine.

As old as 1820! It's amazing to know how the health benefits of ACV has been discovered long, long time ago.

Actually I saw this solution from a health site, so it is not really my original idea my friend. I read in the forum section the testimonies of the beneficiaries of this method so I tried this with my husband and it has been really effective.
