Adding on to a discussion started by myLot member ashuli who dreams of one country - one world. The concept of "oneness" or unity is a beautiful thought. But it could only be accomplished if people wanted to live in peace with each other. ALL PEOPLE. To achieve "one country - one world", ALL PEOPLE have to buy into it. It would also help if we got rid of nuclear weapons. * REFERENCE: "Countries Which Could Push the Nuclear 'red' Button." BBC Newsbeat. Ed. Life. BBC, 6 Aug. 2015. In India we have so many religions, languages, culture......but we are a country bound by certain principles. Why can not we have one country in the whole...

This always happens. Someone gave mankind the wrong information? We have the world international space station that men and women live in and perhaps someday we might go to Mars which is another step in science discovery. It isn't about moving off the planet to live elsewhere. We live here. Happy Earth Day.

Hi! Happy Earth Day back at ya! Thanks for your comments. Although I disagree with you. I think it is about moving off the planet to live elsewhere. Not everybody on the planet. Just the elite who can afford to move. Rich folks always have a backup plan. Po folks like me can be left behind to fin for themselves. That being said, I am all for scientific discovery and going where no man has ever gone before. Loyal Star Trek fan.

@cmoneyspinner Well you might be correct who knows the future is yet to be discovered. I like Star Trek too. Was even surprised to see cell phones become the norm. Going past the speed of light? Well we will just have to see it. :-)
