please say me what is the treatment for obesity because my sister is very fat so what we do to decrease her obesity.
she is very worried to this she is going for this treatment to many doctors but she has no any change in his body. doctors says obesity is emerging as most common cause for infertility in young. in her body mass index (BMI) ratio is 40. is it true?
please give me please....!!

If she went to certain doctor she could get a lap band something to shrink her stomach maybe but they would have to evaluate her if she started her own plan she could do it herself 30 minutes of exercise a day cut carbs cut calorie intake watch her sugar get tested for diabetes.

simple exercise and lessen food intake will do. I think rice can be a huge factor in weight gain

You don't mention how old your sister is but a BMI of 40 is a serious business. She should probably see a doctor.
