In my country, the minimum wages for an employee about $ 250 in a month. By the wages, a person or a family is difficult to get a standard of welfare of live. They can meet daily needs only and pay installment of a motorcycle. They are difficult to have a good education for themselves or their kids, moreover for buying a car or a house, it is so hard. I think, it is so sad. The wages is also too little when it compared by the minimum wages of some countries around of my country. How in your country, how much the minimum wages for an employee in a month?

I think it is a good wage. It means a person can get about $72 in a day if he works for 8 hours. In my country, a person will get about $10 in a day if he works 8 hours. Can I conclude that welfare degree in your country is seven times than welfare degree in my country?

Depending on which province you live in here the minimum wage can range from 10.30 to 12.50 an hour.

Woow...It is so big number, I think. In my country an employee get minimum wages about $ 1.7 up to $ 2 per hour. If an employee works for 8 hours per day, it means he will get minimum wages about $ 80-100 per day and about $ 2000 up to $2500 per month. Woow...It means the level of welfare in your country tenfold than in my country. Whereas, by $ 1 in hand we can buy canned tuna or a cup of soup or some loaves of bread in Canada based on my discussion below. What do you think about this? I think food and drink pretty cheap in Canada, isn't it?
My question is funny, maybe. But, I am really want to know what kind of food or or drink you will get with $ 1 in your hand? In my country, $ 1 can for buying...
