Do you like sushi?

I love this local restaruent and they just came over to Canada a couple years back. I was not a fan before, and they make it so fresh. I find the rolls are very large, but the best is they are fresh and unique each time.
I know some who wont try it because it is new. I never thought I would try it either.

I like sushi but I don't have it often. It has been around in our area for quite a while now so is no longer considered new.

Around my area it is fairly new and unique. I am shocked how great this store has made it in such a small town.

They also have rolls with veggies, and cooked meat as well. They have such a variety which I never knew before.

I am not a big fan of raw fish, so I do not eat that kind of sushi. I do like California Maki though, and other cooked sushi rolls like Happy Roll. Other times, I make my own sushi roll, which consists of simple stuff like sushi rice, rice vinegar, seaweed, rice seasoning and spam.

I have never tried sushi and don't plan to, not because it's new, but because I don't trust raw fish to be safe.

Some of the rolls have just veggies, and others have cooked beef or chicken as well. Just not raw fish, and they have a couple other dishes as well.

Some of the rolls have just veggies, or cooked chicken / beef. I have tried a different selection of them and never had a complaint.

I must admit that for many years the whole concept of sushi was something I shied away from. Then a colleague took me to a sushi place in Vancouver BC. Since then I have changed my view and like Sushi.
