Is Deep Frying Healthy?

None of us want to clog our arteries.
So if you must deep fry, use a healthy oil.

Disagree. I actually think they are healthy oils. But I'm not a qualified dietitian or nutritionist to expand on this thought. But I do believe oils are important to the human body. It's just how you consume the oil and probably frying is not the best way to reap the health benefits.

Yes. It's funny though. When I was growing up we ate a lot of fried foods. But my heart health is good. Although? When I got older, and started preparing my own meals, I did shift my eating habits and cut out a lot of fried foods. I was avoiding greasy foods because I thought it made my skin extra oily and contributed to acne. Perhaps I reversed the bad effects on my heart without knowing it. (???)

Used the air popper for popcorn but never used it for frying. It's something to consider. Thanks for the idea!
