Tablet is not functioning… what now?

Every morning, I check my notifications on Face Book and this site on tablet. Every night, I also play the candy crush soda and before I sleep, I recharge the battery but I have my phone’s timer on so I can remove from the plug when the tablet is already fully charged.
Four days ago though, it was hard to recharge the tablet. I had to put the charger because my son said maybe it was totally drained and the battery might need longer time o recharge. Alas, after several hours, it lit up. It began charging again, but after a few hours, in the afternoon of Saturday, the screen suddenly turns white then turns gray then it dies down.
Could it be the tablet has its battery worn-out? or maybe that term they say LCD, which I don’t even know?
Have you encountered situations like this, my friends?

@SIMPLYD nice, but I type with just my 2 index fingers my lady, and I cannot even memorize where the letters in the keyboard are.

if it is more expensive to repair, then buying a new one is the better option.

Have it checked Ate. It might be the LCD or its motherboard.
Sometimes it is better to get a new one than to have some of its parts changed. The parts are a bit expensive and the labor, too.

@brokenbee it is because you have something inside that tablet and i does not want to share your secret with others, right?

that is why if the repair costs more than the price, I'd better buy new one, right, hija?

@ridingbet hmmmm yes, Ate. But if the repair is not that expensive then you can have it repaired.
I think I have to visit a technician, too. My other tablet malfunctioned this evening. It's stuck on this screen and won't start. Haaaaaay

our tablet is 2 years old now. I think it is the battery and that LCD that caused the screen to get dark and black.

when I use the net book, I keep it connected. the battery is already removed because it is drained a long time ago

This is one reason why I never bought a tablet. I was strongly considering this because of humanatic, but recently i thought it would be impractical since i don't go around much, except all across the house. you better have it check, before it becomes worst.
