simple life

Sitting here watching Little House on the Prairie wondering what we had to change from those times Life seemed so much more simpler.Does anyone else have the same yearning

I don't know. Weren't they always worried about having enough money. I don't really want to scrub my clothes by hand and heat the water on a fire or a woodstove. I do hang them on the clothes line. Inside in winter, outside in summer. I do plant a garden. But the rest; I am not too nostalgic about.

I love Little House on the Prairie. Last year I completed my collection of the whole series and enjoyed watching it very much. I had seen a few of the episodes before but not all.

oh yes life is so much harder theses days with all the commercialism and technology seems much easier but its not

It might seem simplier in some ways, but having to wash clothes by hand, doing without air conditioning or heat, If they could look forward they would want to switch places with you to have all the labor saving devices we have today.
