From our childhood, we have been told that eating carrot will improve our vision. we are clinging to the same principle that is taught and handing over to our future generation as a rule. But, this is only a myth. The carrot will contain vitamin A which is the main constituent in getting good vision. In carrot, this vitamin A is available in a very small quantity. This small quantity taken once in a week will not improve our vision. We need some other things like milk, egg yolk, spinach, and cheese along with carrot which is rich in vitamin A So next time when you purchase carrot try to purchase along with it spinach essentially which is very effective and good for Cataract.

All yellow vegetables (and fruits) are good to improve the vision, but nothing beats the blueberries.

I can give my testimony 1000% effective but does not diminish the lack of vision ... only controls levels

I guess a serving of those veggies can complement Vitamin A requirement. You can get a vit. A supplement.

Eating fish is also great for improving vision. Carrots are very effective for a nice tan in summer as well and they improve sun protection for the skin.
