What is better? To think you are special when clearly you're not? Or to think that you are not special when in reality you are?

Believing that you are more 'special' than you really are can lead to more problems, difficulties and disappointment than being too 'humble'. The best course is to be completely honest with oneself, recognise your strengths and weaknesses and to understand how they work alongside the strengths and weaknesses of others.

I think we are all special in different ways.

I don't think there is really a right or wrong answer to this question as there are so many variables to take into consideration.

The truly i don't care what people think about me, the important thing is we are happy as we are. I just be kind to every one and my friends, if they are need my help i will help them as i can help them. If they need my advice to solve the problem i help them as i can do. The rest, they will think i am special or not in their mind and their heart. If they think i am special, they must be kind to me too. The important for me i should think i am very special for my family....

I would just remain humble. It would not healthy to boast oneself to others. I will just wait for them to say good things to me.

I'd go for the second one. I'm not the type who thinks positively, rather I'm a realist who takes actions.

This is one of the questions for which there is no definite answer. It depends on too many things.
