The costumer pay the bill in the Starbuck @ Jakarta. Some how that costumer see and check the detail of the bill. And asking what the meaning of CSR donation 1000 rupiah. The cashier did not tell anything about this thing. So, the costumer don't want to buy this donation. At the first the cashier don't want to give back the money to the costumer, this is our management policy that for the reason. But the costumer still don't want to pay. So, finally he cashier give it back to the costumer. This is not about the donation, this is about the management not tell anything about this donation. This mean a kind like robbery. Means, every costumer had charge 1000 rupiah for donation. how many costumer come to buy Starbucks. So many people i guess and then calculated it . We don't know this is real and true donation or not. Donation for charity or else. They just already charge in the bill. How do you thing about that???

Donation should never be forced. Its totally wrong on management's part.

First, donation should not be included in the bill since it's not a good that you purchased nor was it a tax included in the product purchased. Donation has no place in the bill. Second, be it a legitimate or illegitimate donation, it must not be imposed on every customer. It must be given by the customer gratuitously. It can never be called a donation if it appears to be obligatory on the part of the customer. Third, even if it's a management policy, if it runs counter to existing laws, it must not be implemented.

First it is "customer" not "costumer". This is totally wrong to charge the customer some money for donations without permission.
