When I was a child a couple of times a week we would have fried bologna sandwiches because this was during the war years and a few years after. I remember loving the nights we had this as we would have potato chips and/or a green salad along with the sandwich. I remember my dad saying I was a little rabbit because I loved the salad, he never ate salad as he always said that is rabbit food. Did you have fried bologna sandwiches when you were a child.

I am starving right now and that picture looks so good and I hate ham and bologna. Never had fried bologna but I've heard people that like it. Not quite sure what it might taste like..

We never had them until my sister got married. Her husband use to make them from time to time and I haven't had one of those in forever! I am not even sure if he still makes them or not it has been years since I have seen them.

I used to get called a rabbit by my nan and pop when I was little because I loved eating salad. Especially lettuce. I don't know what fried bologna sandwiches are actually. Never heard of it. But I am easy. I'd probably like it.

@VivaLaDani13 I also loved eating salad especially lettuce also and I still like it. Bologan is a lunch meat and you can fry it in a pan and make a sandwich out of it. You can put mustard on it or ketchup or whatever you like on a sandwich. I loved it when I was a kid.

I love fried bologna sandwiches. My dad used to make them all the time when we were little. I liked to eat mine with cheese and ketchup on it.

@Marcyaz It was for us too. It was good, easy to make, and very cheap also so it was common when we were low on money. It might be why I can't eat much bologna now.
