What motivates you?

Are you motivated by the negative or positive? I find that the society we live in today are mostly gravitating to the negative motivators. people rarely find the positive interesting. Take the media's for example the pick the story's to highlight: a story that foster negative attributes will stay longer in the media and will be watched more than one which features the positive.

I work with the poor to help them build better lives. I suppose you could say I see a lot of negative, but I focus on positive possibilities.

Not like that. I'm talking about the negative that tear down someone. The media will showcase someone cheating for days in the media but will not keep things like what you're doing in the media for not even a full day.
