Summer Vacation of 2016--How I Spend My Summer Vacation?

Finally we started our summer vacation on July 5th. It is a time for us teachers and students and some other professionals to have a good relaxation without having to go to work.
In the last few years of the summer vacation, I was invited to tutor some students and made a good deal of earnings. much more than what I could get from my monthly salary, but this summer vacation, I decided to have a good rest at home doing anything that I prefer to do, like reading news on my mobile phone, which is my favorite and doing some other things online.
I am wondering how you spend your summer vacation.
If you don't have your summer vacation, do you feel tired and sleepy working in this hot summer weather?

Last summer I went to New Zealand and had a good time there. When I went there, I brought with me some heavy coats, but I did not wear them. Maybe the time we went there was a time when it was not so cold. It was in the middle of August. It is really a wonderful feeling to fly from the summer weather to the winter weather in Auckland, New Zealand. Stay warm, Judy Evens. Thanks for your response.

@williamjisir66 I think New Zealand would normally be colder than where we live in Western Australia. I haven't been there yet but would like to visit one day. Everyone says how very pretty it is.

we had the bad summer in india white hot climates up to 45 to 50% from jan to jun 1 weak, from june we are enjoy rain season , i don't get holiday for summer vacation need to work find less time for holiday . u are enjoy u good time with u staff and have a good time with them

@williamjisir66 less people on roads to see , people who is going for work and small business vender who make money daily are seen remain people come out side after 5 pm only

Good morning. It is hard to imagine that the temperature reaches 45 to 50 degrees centigrade in our place. When it is extremely hot, it can be 40 degrees centigrade or so. So I am wondering if people are rarely seen on the street when it is so hot in your place. Have a good day, friend.

My summer vacations are spent hanging put with friends or swimming at the beach and lounging by the pool. Other times, we go trekking or we visit interesting places such as museums.

When it is hot, some rainfalls are very helpful to make the temperature drop a little bit and offer us some coolness. A couple of days ago, we had a heavy rain and we could enjoy a few days' coolness, which is very nice. Now hot weather is coming back with the rain gone. Thanks for the response, Skysnap.
