How do I contact staff?

I've noticed that my earnings have dropped by about 90% even though I have pretty much the same amount of activity going on in my account. It's been a few hours but all its been updating is tiny amounts of less than half a cent. I'm not sure what's wrong, or if I've been blacklisted or something, but I'd certainly like to start earning again.

You don't need to contact anyone because this sort of thing happens not infrequently and is always corrected fairly quickly. There seem to be some problems with the server at the moment but as soon as people wake up and get into work in Kansas, it will be sorted.
You haven't been 'blacklisted' or singled out for special treatment. Earnings are normally updated about once an hour but it can sometimes be several hours, depending on server scheduling. Everything adjusts eventually.

I think our earnings depend largely on how other mylotters find our discussions interesting by liking or responding and this may not be fixed.But I don't know how the earnings are adjusted so may be there is some deviation from the normal routine.

Maybe it's because servers sometimes takes time I noticed this when I was new
then rose faster. and this time rising much more slowly. Seems it's like tihs I guess ..
Maybe you need ask form help
