Giveaway on My Blog

Usually this is WIP Wednesday for my blog posts. (WIP= works in progress).
I skipped last week's post because I was still just working on the bags. I skipped it this week for the same reason.
However, I got this cool adult coloring book in for review that they said I could do a giveaway and they would send one to a winner too. I figured I needed to get it up right away even though with the giveaway ending on the 22nd the winner won't get it before Christmas.
It took me over 2 hours to get that post done!
In the meantime I'm still trying to do a little of everything today. I still don't have all of the glass shelf unit cleaned off. The Christmas tree still sits in it's box on the floor.
I'm still working here and there to clear up things, mostly in the kitchen, from my mother living here for 9 months.
Of course I am still sewing these bags too. Sigh.....

My day got off to a great start. The twenty quilt blocks I finished last night, on examination this morning were as close to perfect as I've ever had. The sun was shining....even if the temperature was -9C (10F). My errand were complete and I was home again just as the storm arrived. Now I can sit in comfort watching the snow howl past my window. I have books to listen to....fabric to complete a couple of the works in progress, the supplies I need to finish the Christmas baking. What more can a person ask?

Sadly, we can't figure out how to do a family baking day (myself and the 3 daughters) with their work schedules. Every one expects goodies from us so I guess if we make things we will be doing them on our own.

Going well so far. I got a great adult coloring book several months ago. It is different celtic knots. I really enjoy it.

My day is pretty good. Everybody is busy with the extra-curricular activities while others are busy with the upcoming Christmas events. I am also currently working on my next article in my blog. I hope to finish it within this week.

@marsha32 When I feel that way, I think the reasons why I started my blog. I would like to monetize it too after a year I guess. I would like to be more productive in my blog when summer holiday comes.

We have been out away from home the last three nights, I am looking forward to tomorrow. I still have my small home made Christmas trees. I do not think I will get one yet this year. Just like last year. Maybe I will get one on sale the day after Christmas.

i've been goin' through pictures myself, a most dauntin' task. aint sewed nothin' fer nearly 3 weeks?? outside 'f sewin' some elastic thread 'nside the hubs favorite baseball cap since the elastic that's already'n 't aint worth a flip (glad he got an official n.f.l. cap...).
