Back from the gym!

And boy am I exhausted! Tonight's workout was a full-body workout with a killer finisher. This was what we did:
CORE: (8 minutes continuously)
a. Bear crawl - length of turf
b. Swings (10)
c. Box jump (3) *I couldn't do these so I skipped them
UPPER BODY
a. Incline kettlebell press 3 x 10
b. Rows 3 x 10/10
LOWER BODY
a. Barbell thrusters 3 x 10
b. Single leg deadlifts 3 x 7/7
The finisher was a killer but I loved it. We had to row 150 meters on the rowing machines 4 times and we had to pull the Prowler the length of the turf and then low push it back 4 times. We alternated back and forth between the two. The owner of the gym challenged me to pull the heaviest Prowler that the men were doing because it was the only one that was free when I was up. I wound up doing that one THREE TIMES. Some of the men even refused to attempt that one. Made me laugh. I felt better doing the finisher than I did doing the regular workout!
I will sleep well tonight!
