All things are possible as long as we believe in ourselves. We should never be afraid to ask for help, and we should remember to thank the person who is helping us. It's amazing how far a simple smile and "Thank you" goes in another person's day and how it can brighten their lives. Remember to give to others who are having a rotten time. Yesterday a lady came into the shop where I sell my bears and was commenting about how her favorite statue was taken from her home on Valentine's day. Her pain was obvious so I went to the area where my bears were on display and chose one, removed the tag, and wrote an inscription and signed the bear. I wrote "I know this won't replace the statue you lost, but I hope this makes your Valentine's day a bit brighter, Hugs, Toni" and I slipped the bear in a bag. When I gave her the bags containing her purchases she sternly told me that the third bag wasn't hers. I told her it was and she again insisted that it wasn't her bag. I firmly told her that it was hers and to check the bottom of the bear's foot. The woman's husband grabbed the bag and ushered her out the door. He shot me a smile as they were leaving, he knew what I was doing with the bear. I know these people will come back...I felt great giving the woman my best and my belief in myself. If you always believe in yourself, there is nothing that you cannot do because of that belief. By having that belief and sharing it with others it not only strengthens your belief, but it gives others belief in you and also belief in themselves.
