Somoa Apples Recipe looked Sooo Good! / myLot

Oh my! I just saw this recipe as a delish video on facebook and it looks so good. Well, delish, of course! At first it just shows the swirly caramel and chocolate and I thought it was cookies but it is apples covered in that. I think it would be a really refreshing treat. Really simple recipe too it is just: Caramel with coconut which is all stirred up together. Chocolate chips with some butter all melted together. Apple slices with the middle cut out so it looks like an O. Then spread the caramel and chocolate on them, try to make it pretty. (Mine would be a mess but any that didn't eat them I sure would!) Let them set - eat and enjoy.

I would put the video but I never have figured out how to get the link for these types of videos from Facebook.

I'm definitely saving this recipe for one of my... dessert days! As we speak I'm on Day 4 of no sugar... Saturdays and Sundays I can indulge just a little !! :)
