instant summer getaway on black saturday

Last night my husbands sister called and told us to prepare for the next day's trip. I was a little pissed off because my husband committed when he knows he don't have any extra money for that trip.
The next day I tried to get up late but I couldn't stop him. He packed up all our things and set all things up. All I have to do is to fix myself up. He said we'll be free from all expenses. Well my point is, I don't want to go without contributing anything and since I don't have cash I made some cookies and baked pasta instead.
The trip was so good and I was so amazed by this new place. I haven't been to this place. We are in a small island the water is very cold and really perfect for summer. We rode a boat and it was really very exciting. I it wasn't part of the plan but when I jump out of the boat I decided to go for a swim.
At the end of the day, I was still very thankful for this instant trip.

you were able to whip up cookies and pasta that fast? superwoman! hahaha!
i agree. even when you promised not to swim, it's hard to resist when you're there, so it's always good to bring extra clothes and a towel.

I'm even amazed by how I was able to manage my time that fast.. I got up at around 6 and we left home at exactly 8..
I hate swimming at the beach that's the usual .. That was the first time since long ago that I went into the water again. . but I never forget to bring my extra clothes.. I keep myself ready always.
